This lightweight insulation board is made from highly resilient, inorganic glass fibers, bonded by high-temperature thermosetting resin. It has a density of 2.8 PCF (44.9 kg/m³).

Designed For High Heat

HT Board has a maximum service temperature of 1000° F (538° C), making it a great choice for boiler walls, hot precipitators, hot ductwork, cylindrical tanks, towers, stacks, and industrial ovens.

Lightweight & Flexible

As a lightweight product, HT Board makes fabrication easier. And it’s simple, flat form reduces the need for storage space, helping to reduce operating costs.

Sustainable

HT Board is made with our bio-based ECOSE® binder and is formaldehyde-free. It’s also made with at least 50% recycled glass.
